Metro Paramedics, Glen Ellyn Celebrate Essential Workers with Parade
Metro Paramedics and the Village of Glen Ellyn put on a short parade last week to honor and celebrate essential workers who have been tirelessly serving the community throughout the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic.
Glen Ellyn Village Manager Mark Franz helped put this together in short order.
“I wanted to share this video of our short parade to celebrate all of the essential workers that have been serving the community throughout this crisis. Many thanks to PW, GWA, the Police Department, and Fire Company as well as Metro Paramedics for participating in a much-deserved tribute to healthcare workers, first responders, and essential workers,” Franz said.
Metro Paramedics is proud to work with our partners at the Village of Glen Ellyn, the Glen Ellyn Volunteer Fire Company, and the Glen Ellyn Police Department to help acknowledge essential workers at the local Glen Ellyn healthcare facilities.
